1) What is a good substitute for eggs in baking?
- Usually I sub eggs with baking soda and vinegar. The vinegar ensures that the baking soda is activated and provides the lift that eggs do. You can also sub with flax eggs which is converted as follows: 1 egg = 1 tbsp ground flax seeds + 2 tbsp of water.

2) What type of flour do you use in your baking?
- I use All-purpose flour the most, even for cakes. The only time I would maybe invest in a different type of flour is making bread. Bread flour generally has more protein which helps the bread have a better texture however with enough kneading, All-purpose flour works just fine!

3) What is a good substitute for chocolate in cake recipes?
- Cocoa powder is a great substitute for chocolate in cakes as adding melted chocolate can be quite expensive. For brownies, a mixture of chocolate and cocoa powder is perfect for achieving the richness you want while still cutting some costs. However not all recipes that call for chocolate can be subbed with cocoa powder so experiment carefully!

4) What is my favorite dessert?
- Creme Brulee and Chocolate Mousse!!

5) What is my favorite cupcake flavor that I make?
- S'mores, Chocolate Peanut butter and Cookie Dough (sorry can't choose one!)

6) Are you only going to post budget recipes?
- The main theme of the blog is budget friendly and economical living. All the posts won't be recipes. I plan to include some DIY crafts, reviews on food places and tips and tricks in the kitchen.

7) Pizza or KFC?
- Mentally blocking this question out. I don't need that kind of peer pressure in my life 😅😄
